Great first experience at Salon 477 with Suzy and her staff. She saved me from taking “first day of school” family pictures with my greys all out 🙏🏼 with a last minute appointment! She is experienced, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to correct my color and cut. I did a warm chocolate brown and she renewed my angles/layers with a fresh cut. Suzy and staff are warm/friendly, attentive, and accommodating. She is quick and runs a smooth salon. You can tell she just knows what she’s doing. She listens and I can trust her opinion.
